Try the newest and easiest paddle sport... ever! SUP has its roots in ancient Polynesia and looks exactly as it sounds: you stand up on a large, wide, super buoyant surfboard & use a long paddle.
Lesson and Tour Logistics:
•We pick-you up from your hotel and head to Lake Arenal. The pristine, undeveloped Lake Arenal is the 2nd-largest body of fresh water in Central America and the ideal location to take a SUP lesson
•Receive a thorough safety talk and SUP lesson and continue to practice under the careful watch of your SUP instructor
•Take a tour of the West-end of Lake Arenal while you paddle along.
•Get excellent views of the behemoth Arenal Volcano in the background for the best picture-taking opportunities.
•Learn about the interesting flora and fauna of the area.
•Enjoy a tropical fruit snack & drinks.
